Like any travel company we need to retain certain information in order to provide you with the services you have booked, this includes:

Name; Postal address; Email address; Telephone numbers; Flight, travel and transfer details; Passport details;  Insurance details; Health issues; Dietary requirements; Payment details; E-mails.

If you contact us by telephone, email or post we may keep a record of that; Details of your previous bookings including booking related details; We will keep general email correspondence for no longer than 4 years and delete it if it has not been deleted before; We may ask you to complete a feedback form although you do not have to respond; Provided we have your consent we may contact you occasionally by email or post to inform you of our new services, updates or information that we believe may be of interest to you.

If you decide now or at any time in the future that you do not wish to receive information from us and want to be removed from our standard mailing list you may click the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any marketing email.
